We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Exceptions

Please note that some of our vendors have their own return guidelines. The following brands are excluded from our standard 30-day return policy:

• Ayala Naphtali – No refunds or exchanges

• Fili Plaza – No refunds or exchanges

• Pauletta Brooks – Exchanges only within 7 days of delivery

• Serena Van Rensselaer – Exchanges only within 7 days of delivery

• Studio Duarte – Exchanges only within 7 days of delivery
